Designation of a Franchisee Holder Is Syllabus Coordinating Manager (E.D.M)

1. Area Of E.D.M From _______ To. _______
2. Division Of Capital Between Syntax Tutors Academy And E.D.M Would Be ___% & ___ % On Direct Collection Or On Admission Of Each Student In _______________That Would Be Run By E.D.M Division Of Expenditure Between Syntax Tutors Academy & Branch Would Be According To The Discussion With E.D.M.
3. Advertising Will Be Done Only On The Name Of Syntax Tutors Academy. 6. All Kinds Of Verifications And Assessments Can Be Done Anytime By Our Sub Director Or Management. So E.D.M Must Have To Keep The Records Of Each & Everything.

Expenditures of E.D.M

1. Rent of Branch, Payment of all Bills.
2. Payment of All Teachers, Counselors, All Office Staffs
3. All Official Assets and Accessories. (Initially We Are Setting All The Set Up For Starting The Particular Branch Including Advertising Also But After 3 Months You Will Have To Manage All Official Requirements. Such As Attendance Card Etc.)
4. All Type of Travelling.
5. All Meetings Expenditures.
6. Emergencies Payments, Other Miscellaneous.

Expenditures of Syntax Tutors Academy

1. Advertising Will Be Done By S.T.A.
2. Highly Educative Books.
3. Library Facilities.
4. Trainers Coaching.
5. E.D.M Meeting Expenditures.
6. In Emergencies Admin & Provision.
7. Deposit (After Purchasing Office.)
8. Rules & Regulations, Strategies, Plans and Banking Transactions.
9. Fees Schedules While Be Managed Only By Syntax Tutors Academy.

As per as our academics contract model, only 24 enquires will be forwarded to the particular E.D.M from that particular contracted area which will be mentioned in our contract form. After that, on each admission, E.D.M will get only ______of total fees value/total contracted value of fees. Remaining enquiries of that particular area only will be managed by company itself.

1. Advertising Will Be Done By S.T.A.
2. In This Scenario E.D.M will have to Fully Co-Operate with the Syntax Tutors Academy to Doing the Same without Any Hesitation.
3. According To Rules and Regulations of E.D.M. He Or She Will Not Be Permitted To Take Any Admission Enquiry As Privately As Per As Sign Contract Rule In Home Tuition Management
4. He/She Will Do The Same Then Company Will Directly Terminate The E.D.M Without Noticing Him/her. Or He/She Would Be Terminated From The Given Contract As Well As Deposited Will Not Be Given In Any Circumstances From STA.
5. Here As According To Contract Rules Syntax Tutors Academy. As A Company Can Take Any Enquiry From Any Particular Contracted Areas Of E.D.M. Company Is Not Having Any Restriction On It. Company Has All Legal Right To Conduct The Tuitions In All Over Mumbai.. In Condition That E.D.M Can’t Take Any Action On It. Or Can’t Do Any Kind Of Restriction On Company For During The Same.
6. As Per As Contract Rule E.D.M Can’t Take Any Other Enquiry From Any Other Not Contracted Areas. Only He/ She Will Have To Manage Only His/Her Own Area. Rest Of The Areas Will Be Managed By Other Decided/ Contracted E.D.M of S.T.A Company
7. E.D.M Will Have To Use Only Company Name And Its Brand Like Slogan, Materials And Etc. E.D.M Is Not Allowed To Work With Any Other Firm Having Same Business During Contracted Period.
8. If E.D.M Wants To Do Some Advertising On Company Name So He/She Can Do It But He/ She Will Have To Take Prior Permission From S.T.A. This Advertising Will Have Limitation From Company So As E.D.M Will Have To Advertise Only in His/Her Selected Or Contracted Area.
9. Remuneration of E.D.M Will Be Given Only From S.T.A He or She Will Have to Obey All Rules of Salary System. After Each 2 Months E.D.M Can Withdraw His/Her Commissioned Salary From S.T.A Account Department. As Per Contract Rule and Regulation.
10. Each E.D.M will have to Manage All His/Her Teacher, Parents and Student, Admin Department. As Well As Their All Records, Like Time Table Of Student, Contract Forms of Teachers Admission Forms, Registration From Payment Detail Forms of Teachers And Staffs.
11. Each E.D.M Will Have To Take Final Interviews Of Their Entire Respective Teacher. Before Sending In Home Tuition at Parents Home.
12. All E.D.Ms Will Have To Submit Their All Reports To Their Respective Dam Body In That Particular Area. This Report Can Be Submitted On Weekly Basis Or After Every 15 Days.
13. This Report Must Have All True Statements Without Any Fake Or Fault Commitment. If E.D.M Will Fail To Do The Same Or Even If Company Will Get Any False Record In It Then E.D.M Will Be Terminated Directly Without Any Noticing Period From S.T.A
    1. If He/She Will Not Follow All the Given Rules and Regulation of S.T.A.
    2. He/She Will Be Terminated And All Salary Will Be Stopped By S.T.A.
14. E.D.M Holders Will Have To Keep 25000 RS As Security Deposited To Institute. After Completing One Year Or After Completing The Contract Value Date Then It Will Be Returned To E.D.M Or May Be Deducted The Given Value According. To Business Percentage Graph Reduce By E.D.M Of Particular Branch According To Given Cycle Rate.
15. 14. (Cycle Rate Yearly=24 Students)
    1. You Will Have To Enroll Minimum 2 Students Monthly Into S.T.A Per Head 60000*24=1440000 Rs.
    2. Means 50% Collection Of Branch =720000 Rs. It Will Be Minimum Collection Of E.D.M Of Given Branch. If You Will Show Less Then Given Value Then Your 50% Value Will Be Deducted From Security Deposited And Rest Of The Amount Will Be Given To E.D.M.
16. They Will Have To Accept The Proposal Without Going Into Any Kind Of Law And Petition And If He/ She Will Go In Court Or In Police Matter That Will Not Be Taken In Any Consideration And Not Be Given Any Important To It. It Is Also Mentioning That Whatever Investment Have Been Done By Him/ Her Cannot Be Claimed Or Refundable Or Not Even Compensated.
17. Syntax tutors academy always wants co-operative and participation from all our franchisee holders. Etiquette and totally dedicated towards organization aims & objectives.
18. Our E.D.M will only interact with parents, teachers, students, trainer, personal education relationship manager and directors of Syntax Tutors Academy. means no other person will be involved in any discussion by our E.D.M as per our discussion this general agreements is made so that in case of any mischief, fraudulent or scam or dispute will be found by our E.D.M then it can be directly terminated.
