1. Be on time and regular presence: As per contract all employees of any position in company must come on time without fail and excuses. 2. Be regular in office or be present every day in office: All employee of any position in company they must present regular in office without giving any excuses or notices of absenteeism If in case an employee has any personal Problems or having illness or sickness in that condition he/ she will have to notice or mail to office one day before in advance in office hrs time only. He / she will have to coordinate with his / her senior bodies under the acknowledgement of company with giving proper mail or notice to senior bodies and condition apply. 3. Roles of an employee according to designation: After signing the given contract an employee will get one pivotal position in company and according to it he /she will have to perform or complete all the works without giving any excuses or notices. In condition that if an employee is unsatisfied or unhappy with the given job responsibilities or works so he/she may contact to his / her senior bodies or he / she may notice to company so accordingly company will take action or give him / her remedial suggestion or practices or training. 4. Co-ordination with other employees: As per signed contract rules all employees have to coordinate with other employees of Syntax tutors academy time to time so that whatever works are remaining that should be done on time without fail or without missing the target date. It means that they have to complete the target of other employees also who are working in same department. It also states that if in any department of particular contracted employees if some employees are ill or sick or having any unconditional problems due to that reasons they are not attending the works regularly so at that time other employees of same department or employees from any different departments will have to coordinate or complete the tasks of absent employees without giving notices or excuses. Coordination also means that suppose a particular day mostly employees are absent due to any unconditional reasons or climate reasons at that time or day whatever employees are present in office only that much employees will have to handle or manage all the jobs responsibilities of any department. 5. a) Official rules and responsibilities: All the official formalities and notices and declarations , changes , predictions , meetings calls, target calls are given or sent by syntax tutors academy via mail only to its employees . After signing the job contract an employee has to manage and follow all the rules & regulations of that particular assigned contracted job he or she has to take all the job responsibilities of that particular department. If he / she fails from it at the time company can notice him or her or may send to improvement or training department or may be terminated or shifted from particular job. An employee has to keep or maintain the official environment with his/her attitude as per performance. b) Struggling with personal (incumbent) problems and job problems: At that situation an employee can directly contact with his /her senior bodies or he /she may send a mail or notice to company on its mail ID. 6. 24X7 service rule: Syntax tutors academy is a home tuitions service providing industry so that all employees will have to work here as rules or on the basis of 24X7. it means that togetherness coordination is compulsory and obligatory for all employees in Syntax tutors academy. Even if any employee fails or avoids or does not agree at that condition company can directly cancel his / her signed contract without noticing him / her. 24X7 it also means that an employee has to wait to till his / her substitute has not joined or come in that particular department. 7. Documentation ethics and company data?s management: Syntax Tutors Academy reserves the rights to verify all the documents time to time which have been submitted by an employee at a time of joining. If they will be found fault or illegal at time syntax tutors academy can directly terminate the candidate and even cancel his / her signed contract too. All employees are responsible to keep all data?s secure and safe without mistaken or fault entries, they will have to submit these data whenever company demands them or these dates report must be sent every time by employees their senior bodies of company for data storing or maintaining. 8. Tenure of contract: An Employee must know about his / her tenure of contract. Tenure of contract in S.T.A. is for 3 months or 6 months or 12 months which is mentioned or written in a employee contract form at a time of joining. So as before it could not be broken on noticed. it means that this is no notice contract Therefore an employee can?t give leave notice or resign notices to syntax tutors academy before ending date of contact ,or before completing the contract. If syntax tutors academy wants to cancel the contract, so as s.t.a can do the same directly without noticing to an employee. After that an employee will have to again renew the same contract. Otherwise he/she may extend the tenure of given contract as upon his / her wishes. 9. Remuneration rules: The remuneration is given on time to time whatever the joining date is declared on an employee contract form. The date of remuneration is considered as according to joining date of an employee .training remuneration will be included in your basic salary of every months. If S.C.M. approves it then only otherwise no training salary will be given. (Conditions apply). Subject of increment the salary totally depend upon an employee performances or targets are achieved by an employee. Salary increment and promotions will not be done by S.T.A. in meanwhile period of signed contract. Once contract will be finished or completed. After that increment of salary or promotions will be done on the basis of performances of employees. Mostly irregular and absent or late employee will be terminated directly before the ending date of contract .late marks payment will be deducted from your salary and over time payment will be updated to employee salary. Target charts or performance charts will be considered every time at time of salary paying. For any salary related issues employees will have to only coordinate with remuneration department of S.T.A. .He or she is not allowed to talk with any senior body of a company in this matter..Other family members of employee cannot participate or interrupt in salary matter of syntax tutors academy. 10. Complaints from the customers on behalf of an employee attitude or behavior. As per signed contract a customer must be satisfied time to time from performance of present contracted an employee. If a customer complaints in syntax tutors academy about negative attitudes & behaviors of a particular contracted employee at that condition any action can be taken by syntax tutors academy on him / her. Or whole department can be actioned in it. All employees have to maintain every time happier relationship with their parents during conversations on phone or during visiting at parents homes. If an employee will not do the same at that condition company can terminate or stop his /her salary. 11. Termination or restriction of employees: As per signed contract rule if company sees that an employee is not performing up to the mark or not giving his / her 100% dedication to company and even not completed the given targets and tasks in that condition company will directly terminate the employee or restrict the employee by giving him / her one prior notice before 15 days or before given ending date of contract .it means that if a company is unhappy with the performance of an employee so as company can directly terminate the employee before the given ending date of contract. 12. a) Practices training and meeting, seminars, academic awards and promotion and certifications. Company provides trainings, practices and seminars to all employees time to time so as all employees will have to participate in them without excuses or notices. Certifications and promotions will be academically followed by company so as all employees must agree these rules without failing it. b) Healthy personality/ Target motivation: All employees should maintain their personality every time before coming to office. They must keep positive attitudes towards their targets and achievements and must motivate other employees of organization too. 13. If you leaving the job before the contract period, then you have to pay one month salary in advance to Syntax Tutors Academy Pvt. Ltd. 14. If your tenure has been successfully completed, you have to acknowledge to Syntax Tutors Academy Pvt. Ltd. about it, so that accordingly you may be terminated from particular designation after selection of a new employee. 15. This does not require any authorized signature, this is an automated signed contract.
